Rev. Ricardo Volcy embarked on his ministry journey at just 16, sharing his message of faith. Over the years, he has immersed himself in various roles within the ministry, connecting with diverse people and cultures, enriching his understanding. A true source of joy for him lies in guiding individuals to fall in love with Jesus and uncover their purpose, empowering them to utilize their gifts for the glory of God. Now leading at First Alliance Church, Rev. Volcy, happily married to Christian for 18 years and blessed with five wonderful children, known as the MJ crew, is committed to fostering a multi-ethnic community of belonging, where everyone finds a warm welcome into the family of faith.
