Your first Sunday

What can I expect?

Visiting a church for the first time can feel uncertain. Here are a few things that may help you feel prepared.

01

You’ll be welcomed

Friendly people will greet you and help you find your way.

02

Come as you are

Some people dress casually and others dress up. You will fit in either way.

03

Children are included

Children begin with their families and are dismissed to their classes after the children’s message.

04

A meaningful gathering

Expect worship, prayer, biblical teaching, community, and Communion on the first Sunday of each month.

05

You will not be singled out

Guests may participate at their own comfort level. You will not be asked to stand or introduce yourself publicly.

06

Giving is not expected

Giving is part of the worship and mission of our church, but visitors should not feel pressured to give.

Everything to know before you arrive

Built Together

“Having been built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Christ Jesus Himself being the cornerstone.”
Ephesians 2:20, NASB

We are not simply attending the same church. In Christ, God is building us together into a people who know Him, grow in His character, care for one another, and participate in His mission.

Why Built Together matters

Our discipleship pathway

Start with belonging. Keep taking the next step.

Everyone begins somewhere. The four Bs are not boxes to finish; they are connected movements in a life with Jesus. Wherever you recognize yourself today, there is a next step.

Begin somewhere. Keep moving.

Wherever you are, there is a next step.

We begin with belonging, then keep growing through four connected movements of life with Jesus.

YOU WERE MADE FOR COMMUNITY.

Find a place in the life and community of the church where you are known, welcomed, connected, and able to know others.

Explore Community

Build turns outward: growing disciples help someone else belong.

This is what we mean by a disciple

A disciple is someone who is learning to trust and follow Jesus, becoming like Him, and helping others do the same.

It is a lifelong journey

We never graduate from trusting and following Jesus.

It changes who we are

Jesus forms our character, relationships, choices, and way of life.

It moves through us to others

Mature disciples help other people know, follow, and become like Jesus.
