Pray over the points that Joel brought before us last week in the transition update: 
1) why did we score ourselves high in enjoyment of our Worship Gathering, yet we don't invite others to join us?
2) what would a more culturally integrated worship gathering look like?
3) why do we struggle with a volunteer base?
4) what could we do to nurture a more loving community (that would spread to our neighborhoods)?
